1. Nature of our Services

• Apply4U Online is an education discovery and counselling platform. We help users compare and enquire about online / distance programmes offered by partner universities.
• We are not a university, do not grant degrees, and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, placements or exam results.
• Final eligibility, fees, curriculum, examination mode, refunds and degree award are decided solely by the respective university under its rules and UGC / regulatory norms.
• Information on the website (fees, duration, rankings, NAAC, intake dates) is for guidance and may change without notice. Always verify critical details with a counsellor and the university before paying fees.

2. Eligibility to use

You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into these Terms under Indian law. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information in forms and applications.

3. Accounts & portals

• Student and partner accounts are for authorised use only. Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false documents, or misuse the platform.

4. Counselling & lead forms

• Submitting a counselling / lead form authorises us to contact you by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other channels regarding your enquiry and related programmes.
• Counselling guidance is advisory. Programme selection remains your decision.
• You consent to sharing relevant enquiry / application data with partner universities and our CRM tools for follow-up and admission processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Applications & documents

• You must upload only genuine documents. Providing forged or misleading information may lead to rejection by the university and account action by us.
• Application fees, tuition fees and other charges (if any) are payable as per university instructions. Apply4U Online is not responsible for university fee policies, refunds or delays unless expressly stated in writing.
• Admission confirmation is subject to university verification and seat availability.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Scrape, hack, overload or disrupt the website or related systems
• Copy or misuse our branding, content or counsellor communications without permission
• Harass staff, partners or other users
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights

7. Intellectual property

Website design, logos, text, graphics, software and trademarks related to Apply4U Online are owned by us or our licensors. Partner university names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification / partnership purposes. You may not reproduce our content for commercial use without prior written consent.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third parties (universities, CRM, analytics, WhatsApp, payment gateways). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. We are not liable for third-party outages, content or decisions.

9. Disclaimers

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
• We do not guarantee that any listed programme will remain open, that fees will not change, or that you will be admitted.
• Regulatory status (UGC-DEB / NAAC etc.) is based on information available to us at the time of listing; users should reconfirm before enrolment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of the Services or reliance on website content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees (if any) you paid directly to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or submission of false / infringing content.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or stop providing Services (in whole or part) for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered / primary business address shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us.
